Barriers & Communication


  1. General communication skills are ones you use when there is an audience listening to you. An example would be cultural differences which is where you would adapt your language to reduce misunderstanding and offense. Also adapting to the audience to suit the scenario.
  2. Interpersonal skills are ones used when two or more people engage in a conversation using spoken, written and body language..

Attributes

Attributes are values and certain aspects of a person and their ability to be employed, a persons attributes lead to a profile the employer creates on the person.

Attributes - a feature or value of someone or their personality
Employability - A persons ability or potential to be employed.
Communication - The exchange of information between people.
